Live Oak Capital is dedicated to providing unparalleled service to the commercial real estate capital industry. The Principals, with 125+ years of industry experience, possess significant "intellectual capital," which creates value for our clients – both lenders and borrowers.

"Intellectual capital" differentiates Live Oak Capital from other commercial mortgage banking firms. "Intellectual capital" goes beyond the standard of outstanding service – it is about providing invaluable advice to our clients, putting the client’s interest above our own, exhibiting the highest integrity, and having the client seek our consultation and value our input. It is the unique kind of capital that can only be acquired through experience.

Through its affiliations with major lending concerns, as well as local, regional and national mortgage banking firms, Live Oak’s Principals and associates have successfully navigated the best and worst of the Southwest’s real estate markets, providing invaluable advice and unparalleled service to our clients. These collective experiences provide a platform for a true understanding of both lender and borrower needs as they vary from cycle to cycle. The Principals and associates of Live Oak Capital represent a combination of the most experienced commercial mortgage bankers in the Southwest.
